Speaker Bio: Ryan Zilm is the Records and Information Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC. Ryan has been an active contributor to the information management and technology profession for more than twenty-five years. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, has a B.A in administrative leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated information-related communities. He has also served in multiple capacities within ARMA at the local chapter and region levels, has recently served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the ARMA International Educational Foundation.
