Abstract: U.S. President John Quincy Adams was quoted as saying, "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader." But so frequently we stand on the sidelines and wait for the official title to start our leadership journey. During this sixty-minute session, we’ll discuss what it means to be a leader and talk about what you can do to be the leader you want to be… starting today.

Speaker: Cheryl Wilson Griffin is the Chief Customer Success Officer at Lupl. She holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has worked for three of the twenty-five largest law firms in the U.S. Over the course of her twenty-year career, she has worked closely with lawyers to leverage technology and implement business processes to improve legal service delivery. In her current role at Lupl, a soon-to-launch legal collaboration platform, she is a key member of the leadership team with responsibility for customer experience and engagement, along with overseeing elements of the security, sales, and marketing programs. Cheryl is passionate about leadership and supporting the growth of those around her. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of innovation, legal technology, and leadership.
