Abstract: Analytics tools have exploded onto the scene in recent years. From stand-alone platforms to new features and functionality developed in existing systems – analytics is everywhere. When it comes to “connecting the IG dots” with a data visualization or analytics tool, no one size fits all and it can be difficult to know where to start. For some, the answer may be to look at the data points in each system to determine their needs for a dashboard. For others the answer is to start small and build. Speakers: Adrienne M. Girone, IGP serves as utility player for InOutsource’s clients. She’s equally comfortable creating policies, procedures, and end-user training as she is applying IG principles to system implementations or configuration enhancements. Her analytical approach allows her to pinpoint areas for improvement at all levels, from developing overarching strategy down to the details of tactical execution. John Zahradnick is a seasoned IG veteran who has executed multiple tours of duty in law firm records departments. John has been called the “MacGyver” of IG. He applies a unique mix of IG expertise, perspective, and best practices to design practical policy, process, and technology solutions for law firms. John brings the project management and technical skills to effectively implement that change in real-world environments. He gets his hands wet owning the execution of the solutions he designs, so there is no gap between theory and practice (or accountability).
