Change Management for Information Governance
February 18, 2021
2:30 – 3:30 EST
Abstract: Many Information Governance or Records Management initiatives are, at their core, change management initiatives. Managing change requires a unique combination of skills, from recognizing the impact to helping individuals and the organization through it. This session will provide a practical approach to implementing effective change management at all levels of the organization to support your IG or RM initiative. Topics will include how to structure a Change Management Plan, how to implement the plan, how to integrate it with the communication strategy, and how to measure success. This session will also provide multiple real-world examples of change management successes and failures.
Speaker: Monica Crocker, CRM, PMP, CIP
Group Records Coordinator, Wells Fargo’s Wealth & Investment Management Division
Monica is an electronic records management specialist with extensive experience defining electronic records management strategies for organizations throughout the United States.
A frequent speaker at AIIM and ARMA conferences she contributed the “Cloud” and “SharePoint” chapters in Information Governance: Concepts, Strategies, and Best Practices.
