The first Webinar in the series, presented by John Masters of Flamingo Services, is titled: Create a Records and Information Management Performance Dashboard and will be presented on April 23^rdat 1:00 p.m.

Use simple tools to create an objective evaluation of your overall records and information management program. This has many benefits in that it can help you establish project priorities and set key performance indicators. It also provides an objective assessment of your program helping you justify the cost of program enhancements or technologies. We’ll discuss a methodology based on the ISO standard and good recordkeeping principles.
