Cummer Museum | 829 Riverside Avenue | Jacksonville

The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens has arranged a private presentation & tour for members of ARMA Jacksonville and a very limited number of friends!

Kristen Zimmerman, the Museum's Registrar, will present "The Paper Trail," discussing the Museum registrar's duties, the Museum's institutional archives, and the types of records kept on Museum objects.  In addition, she will explain policies on accessioning, deaccessioning, access to records, collection storage, and collection care.  Lunch will be provided and afterwards, we will tour the Museum's permanent collection as well as the exclusive exhibition Striking Power: Iconoclasm in Ancient Egypt.  

Museum policy requires we limit this event to the first twenty-five (25) registrants. 

Tickets are $25 for members and $30 for non-members.

PARKING

Museum parking is located on Riverside Avenue, across the street from the Museum’s main entrance. An additional parking lot is located at the corner of Riverside Avenue and Post Street, adjacent to the Museum’s main entrance. Handicap parking is located in the north area of the main entrance parking lot. Visitor parking in both lots is free. In addition to the Museum lot, public parking may be found on many surrounding streets. Please plan to arrive early for programs and events.
